Dathena’s solutions are all deployed on Microsoft Azure, allowing us to benefit from Microsoft’s security to encrypt all traffic in transit with the different data sources supported. Additionally, Customer Data is encrypted at rest. This is enabled by a single-tenant architecture approach, which guarantees data integrity and maximum security.
You can read more about Microsoft’s Security protocols here. You can also find more information about our security practices here.
No. Free trials only analyze the data that was modified over the past 6 months. Once you subscribe, the volume of data analyzed increases to 12 months. Additionally, all file content is deleted from Dathena’s servers once the analysis is complete. In the case of our “External File Sharing Management” solution, Dathena can view all the files shared through Microsoft Teams.
Dathena collects the metadata of your files and the user accesses, allowing us to identify which files and users to analyze. Dathena does not alter your data or download it locally. Note that the content of all your files is deleted from Dathena’s servers once the analysis is complete.
